At Old School 3D Prints and Designs, every item is created with care and attention to detail. From articulated dragons and unique 3D prints to custom laser-engraved and handcrafted wood products, we want you to love what you receive!

Because many of our products are handmade, made to order, or customized, each item may have small variations that make it uniquely yours.

Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in their original condition and should include any original packaging when applicable.

Items That May Not Be Eligible for Return

Because many of our products are specially made for our customers, we generally cannot accept returns on:

• Personalized or customized items

• Custom laser-engraved products

• Made-to-order items

• Items marked as final sale

• Digital products or files, if applicable

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us—we'll be happy to work with you to make things right.

Handmade & 3D Printed Products

Our 3D printed, laser-engraved, and woodworking items are individually created and may have slight variations in color, texture, grain, finish, or appearance.

For 3D printed products, minor layer lines or small surface variations are a normal part of the 3D printing process and do not affect the functionality or overall quality of the item.

Wood is a natural material, which means variations in grain, color, knots, and engraving appearance are normal and help make every piece unique.

These natural and production variations are not considered defects.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

• Your name and order number

• A brief description of the problem

• Clear photos of the item and any damage

Once we review your request, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

Our goal is always to make things right whenever possible!

How to Start a Return

Please include your name, order number, and the reason for your return.

Please contact us before sending an item back. We'll provide return instructions if your return is approved.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an error on our part.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing after approval. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Order Cancellations

Need to cancel or change an order? Contact us as soon as possible!

We'll do our best to help, but because many of our items are made to order or customized specifically for you, cancellations may not be possible once production has started.
